I am avid cook, chef and also a mother, so my kids always want to cook along with me and I always felt uncomfortable and bit worried to share my expensive cookware sets, so I was looking for something for them (I have 2!) to cook. When I bought plastic cookware, it simply did not look like mommy’s set. I searched and search until I found this on walgreen store shelf, only thing was price was bit high so we did not buy it. Until I came across this same set on amazon for sale and I had to get it. I am happy to say, my kids simply love it, as they are steel and professional looking cookware set toys that is perfect for their size and it keeps my precious expensive cookware set alone. If you are looking for cookware set for your little chef girl, or little chef boy, you will love this set. My kids also love it when we have playdate as all their friends want to cook with them in this cookware toy set.

I was looking for metal pots and pans for my daughter, who was about 18 months at the time. She loved these because they made a wonderful clanging sound, just like mommy’s real pots and pans. As she got older, she would stir and serve imaginary food out of these pots onto plates. Sometimes we put cheerios inside to “cook.” This set comes with a little potholder. My daughter knows how to use this to lift the lid off of “hot” pans.

It’s true that these pots and pans are small, but that way they are easy for little hands to lift and control (and to bang together!). The small size doesn’t seem to faze my daughter. I think that she likes the fact that they are metal and look real. If you have a young one who likes to bang your pots and pans together for noise, or who likes to pretend to cook, these are for you. They are of good quality! My daughter is now almost 4 and still plays with these pots and pans in her little kitchen.
