You can update your kitchen with this great looking cookware set from Calphalon called Calphalon 13-pc. Commercial Hard-Anodized Cookware Set. The charcoal-gray matte finish of the Commercial Hard-Anodized series not only looks sophisticated but is impressive in performance: Pan from this set can sears meats over medium heat, cooks evenly, and stays stick-resistant without having a nonstick finish that can eventually peel. Moreover, hard-anodized pots and pans are safe to use with metal utensils and under the broiler. Riveted on for strength, the stainless-steel long handles stay cool during stovetop cooking and are oven-safe and lids are oven safe as well.

Heavy-gauge aluminum is responsive to temperature changes. These pans feature the original Calphalon hard anodized surface, which is non stick without the Teflon coating and worry about the peeling. You do not have to also worry about seasoning your hard anodized cookware as you would for cast iron. It does not rust, or react to food discoloration. It is oven and broiler safe.

I got this set for what I consider a steal. The price has been fluctuating a bit, and if you hit it at the right time you can get them for an outstanding price. Just like all the other hard anodized cookware I have bought online, I LOVE these pans! I have now converted nearly all of my cookware to this line, and highly reccommend it to anyone who wants to become a better cook.

Cheaper to buy whole set or individual pieces?:

We could not find all the pieces to buy individually however, most that we found with pricing conclusion that like in most cases, it is cheaper to buy whole set instead.

How much does this set sells for and where to get the best price?

We have seen price fluctuate a lot in various online stores, so please look for the best prices before buying the set. The price range seems to fluctuate a bit and we have seen is from $400 to $800.
