I am vegetarian who loves vegan food as well. I am not completely vegan, as I love cheese and yogurt and I have yet to find good enough vegan replacement for it. However, I love to cook and try out different recipes at home. I have a large enough cook book collection that inspires me to cook on hard day question such as “mom, what is for dinner?”.
